Mr. Moore serves on the board of Directors since 2008 for a Raul Walters Properties in Branson Missouri.  He has worked with Art King, President of the company for several years to secure/purchase and set the stage for “The Branson Hills Community Improvement District” The largest retail power center in Branson area. Art King, of Raul Walters Properties has cultivated invaluable relationships with many major national credit retailers.  Most recently he assembled these 200 acres in Branson, Missouri, for a very successful Power Center called:

 “The Shoppes at Branson Hills” Anchored by Target, Home Depot, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Best Buy, Kohl’s, as well as 35 other stores totaling 1 Million square feet of Retail.  For nearly forty years, the Raul Walters Companies have been dedicated to shaping great communities.

John Moore worked with Brad Petersen to purchase The Branson Mall and then to bring new Retail clients in the Mall, located on 76 Country Blvd. Mr. Petersen “Developer” is from the Springfield Missouri Area and has developed many commercial properties in the State of Missouri. It has been a pleasure assisting Brad Petersen and his company. They do a very professional job when it comes to the operations and the aggressive growth of the Branson Mall.

The Branson Mall consists of over three acres situated between the Wal-Mart and Jubilee  Grocery Food Center, with common parking with a total  23.3 acre shopping complex. This shopping complex is located in the heart of Branson on the 76 Hwy.

  This is the only indoor shopping mall in the Branson area. The combination of Branson increasing yearly as a shopping destination, adding Restaurants and other food outlets, Name brand retailers, and a more targeted aggressive marketing plan, this will be a long term income producing property with room for expansion.

The Branson Landing & Convention Center



Branson Landing Mixed Use Retail Village in Down Town Branson is one of the most exciting projects the city had ever attempted. We were lucky enough to work with the City of Branson and many developers, architects, engineers, and design professionals on this project for several years. John Moore introduced several companies that participated in negotiations and planning of the Branson Landing and convention center project. Jim Pattison Group form Orlando Florida, Toni Sansone, Sansone Group St. Louis Missouri, Kent Oelkers ISI Building & Construction Company, and many more. It was a great opportunity to work with companies like HCW and all the developers and design professionals that worked very hard to complete such a major project.








Bass Pro Shops and BELK anchor the 428,849 square-foot Branson Landing, which features well-known national retailers, including Bath & Body Works, Coldwater Creek, Chico’s and more. Branson Landing is a $435 million public/private project spanning 1.5 miles of waterfront on beautiful Lake Taneycomo, conveniently located in historic downtown Branson, Missouri. Hollister Missouri Retail Development District

We worked with the City of Hollister to sell to a 53 acre retail development parcel and bring the developers to the Hollister project.  The new intersection of South 65 Hwy. and the New Airport along with Branson Creek Golf Course project has created a very attractive area for any retail company. John Moore sold the parcel to “Kessinger/Hunter” Commercial Real Estate Company from Kansas City.  Along with Justin Gage “ Developer”and others, the City of Hollister continues to bring the perfect retail project to this site. Lowes Hardware and other retail strip centers have been very successful in this Hollister development.  Rick Ziegenfuss City Administrator and Mayor David G. Tate continue to work very hard to welcome any company that would like to join the Hollister business district.
